Swim and Play This program brings two incredible sports together!  It gives girls and boys, ages 6 and up a chance to experience competitive swimming and water polo!  Developed especially for the Titans by Stephanie Rainey of The Aqua Life Swim Academy.  Swim and Play will improve swimmers' stroke technique, teach them racing starts, turns, pacing for endurance swimming and introduce them to ball handling and the strategic plays of water polo.

Why not help your child develop an aquatic life beyond simple swimming lessons!  Who knows, maybe they will love pushing themselves to get stronger and faster while competing individually against the clock! OR maybe they will love working as part of a team in the demanding, fast-paced game of water polo.  No matter what their preference, your child will come out of this program an amazing swimmer.

Each session includes 60 minutes focused on strokes, pacing, endurance building and ball handling skills.  As an added bonus, players are welcome to stay for the 30-minute fun water polo scrimmage following the practice.  Program runs from September to May.  New participants are welcome throughout the year.
